Heat-cured Coatings PDF Print E-mail

The heat-cured SAEKAPHEN-coatings offer significant value to the customer due to high resistance against aggressive media as well a high temperature stability over -20°C to 200°C in a dry state. As a key advantage the SAEKAPHEN technology prevents Incrustation and Fouling in tube-bundle heat exchangers in particular in refineries, fertilizer plants, the chemical and petrochemical industry.

-    With SAEKAPHEN
-    Without SAEKAPHEN

The SAEKAPHEN-Technology reduces investment costs because simple carbon steel can be used even under aggressive conditions. Furthermore operational costs are reduced because the incrustation of the heat exchanger is avoided. A low fouling-factor keeps the heat conductivity constant and allows a simple cleaning process.

The heat-cured SAEKEPHEN coating is only applied in the plants of our qualified licensees because of their special application technology. The result is a high quality coating which increase the operation time of a heat exchanger by more than 5 times.

The heat-cured SAEKAPHEN coatings SAEKAPHEN Si 57 E and SAEKAPHEN Si 57 EG fulfill the drinking water specification according to DVGW - W270 and KTW (cold and warm).
